Sending a client a birthday message is a great way to make them feel special.

To see which clients are celebrating their birthday, click on 'Clients' and then on 'Client Birthdays':

A list of customers who have birthdays this month will be displayed. To send a customer a message, click on the customer:

You can change the message to anything you choose. Once you have finished, click on 'Send SMS':

Birthday SMSs are deducted from your SMS Credits.
