To add a new professional stock item, click on 'My Business' and then on 'Professional Stock':

Click on the '+ Add Professional Stock' button, input the stock details, and click on 'Add Stock':

Stock Code: This is the code that is often given by the product supplier.
​Stock Name: The name of the product.
​Stock Category: This is usually the supplier name, but can be anything you choose. If you want to add a new category, click on the '+' icon.
​Inventory Level: The current inventory level you have in stock. You can also select the unit of measurement.
​Cost Price: The cost price (including tax). You can select whether this is the cost price per unit of measurement, or for all the quantity you have on hand (total cost price). If the latter, we will automatically calculate the cost price per unit.
