We are thrilled to announce the following updates to SalonBridge, packed with an array of new features that will enhance your experience and make managing your appointments and sales more efficient.


Here's an overview of the new features in this release:

  1. Online Appointment Indicator: Appointments made online will now appear with a slightly darker blue colour to indicate their online origin. This will help you easily differentiate between online and manually added appointments.

  2. Automatic Barcode Generation: When adding a retail or professional product, a barcode will be generated by default. You can edit the barcode to suit your needs or refresh the automatically generated one.

  3. Payment Notes: You can now add notes when processing or reversing a payment (void). These notes will be visible on payment reports for better record-keeping.

  4. Staff Name on Retail Item and Course Sales: When selling a retail item or course, the staff name will now be displayed in the table that appears when adding the item. This feature helps reduce incorrect staff sales.

  5. Multi-Staff Course Sales: You can now sell a course to multiple staff members at once, with each course item having a selectable staff member, just like retail sales.

  6. Improved Client Cancellation Interface: The client cancellation page now displays all services for the day, allowing clients to cancel all of their appointments for that day at once.

  7. Booking Date on Calendar Screen: When making a booking from the Calendar screen, the booking dialog (window) now displays the date at the top, providing a clear reference for the appointment date.

  8. reCAPTCHA on Login Screen: We have implemented reCAPTCHA on the SalonBridge login screen to prevent automated software from engaging in abusive activities on the site. This feature ensures a secure environment while maintaining a smooth user experience for valid users.
