Updating your subscription plan on SalonBridge may be needed if you have reached the limit of what your current plan offers and you want to expand your business even further.

To update your plan, navigate to 'Settings' and then to 'Billing Info' in the SalonBridge console:

Click on the 'Change Plan' button and select the plan you want to change to. Once chosen, click on the 'Update Plan' button and confirm that you want to change plans. Once done, your account will be changed to the newly selected plan.
βNote: You can downgrade your plan if the number of appointment accepting staff you have aligns with that package. E.g. If you have 8 appointment accepting staff, you cannot downgrade to the 'Basic' plan unless you remove some staff first.
