Your online bookings page is a place where clients have the opportunity to book a treatment or service with you 24/7, or buy a gift card, or a retail product for themselves, or a loved one. Its design should match your brand identity and allow your customers to enjoy a seamless booking experience.
From the SalonBridge dashboard, click on 'My Business' and then on 'Online Bookings':
The first tab of the online bookings page allows you to configure your online bookings, such as whether you want clients to be able to book online, how far in advance they can book, how many services they can book at once, etc. You can see more about the online bookings setup here.
The second tab is where the customisation occurs and where you can adjust the wording of key elements, the colour scheme and upload a picture of your salon or spa that you would like to display:
The following details what each option does:
Online Booking Link | This is the publicly shareable link or URL that you can share on your website, social media pages, or with your customers directly. |
Business Identifier Name | What you refer to your business as. E.g. Salon, Spa, Barbershop, etc. If you have multiple locations, this identifier name is shown to allow clients to switch locations. E.g. Change Salon, Change Spa, etc. |
Background Colour | The background colour of the page. |
Center Background Colour | The background colour of the sections contained on the pages. |
Main Menu Text Colour | The colour of the menu items at the top of the page, used for navigation. |
Main Menu Text Active Colour | The colour of the menu item when it is active or clicked on. |
'Service' Heading Name | The name you want displayed at the top of the screen to take the client to the 'services' screen (where an appointment can be made). |
'Gift Cards' Heading Name | The name you want displayed at the top of the screen to take the client to the 'gift card' screen (where a gift card can be purchased). |
'Retail' Heading Name | The name you want displayed at the top of the screen to take the client to the 'retail' screen (where retail products can be purchased). |
'About Us' Heading Name | The name you want displayed at the top of the screen to take the client to the 'about us' screen (where your business info is displayed). |
Show Banner on Each Page | Whether you want a banner to be displayed on each page, indicating which page the client is on. |
Banner Background Colour | The background colour of the banner on each page. |
Banner Text Colour | The text colour of the text on the banner. |
Service Banner Heading | The heading that appears on the banner of the 'services' page. |
Service Banner Sub Heading | The subheading, or text that appears below the heading, on the banner on the 'services' page. |
Gift Card Banner Heading | The heading that appears on the banner of the 'gift card' page. |
Gift Card Sub Heading | The subheading, or text that appears below the heading, on the banner on the 'gift card' page. |
Retail Banner Heading | The heading that appears on the banner of the 'retail' page. |
Retail Sub Heading | The subheading, or text that appears below the heading, on the banner on the 'retail' page. |
About Us Banner Heading | The heading that appears on the banner of the 'about us' page. |
About Us Sub Heading | The subheading, or text that appears below the heading, on the banner on the 'about us' page. |
Business Name Colour | The colour of your business name that appears on the page. |
Text Heading Colour | The colour that is used for headings in the text sections. |
Primary Button Colour | The primary colour used for buttons and clickable items (categories, slots, etc). |
Secondary Button Colour | The secondary colour used for buttons and clickable items (categories, slots, etc). |
External Link Title | If you want a button displayed that redirects customers to a link of your choice. |
External Link URL | The URL/web address of the button. This should be in the format https://www.yourlink.com |
Business Interior Picture | A picture of your business. This can be a team photo, an interior shot, or one from the outside to showcase your business. |
Once you have made the required changes, click on 'Save' at the bottom of the screen.
