When a customer books online, SalonBridge will fetch available slots based on a variety of factors such as your open days, the duration of the service and its transition time, the staff's availability, etc.
When presenting available times to clients, the default slot period is every 15 minutes. This means that on a day where the selected staff member is completely open between 09:00 am and 5:00 pm, the customer would be able to choose a booking time at any of the following times (assuming the service is 15 minutes long in total duration):
09:00, 09:15, 09:30, 09:45, 10:00, 10:15, 10:30, 10:45......16:30, 16:45
To change this to a slot duration of your choice (every 90 minutes, for example), you can follow the steps below:
From the dashboard, click on 'My Business' and then on 'Online Bookings':
Scroll to the section labelled 'Booking Slot Times' and change this to the duration you want. Once done, click on 'Save':
If you chose 90-minute slots, the available times would change to the following (as an example):
09:00, 10:30, 12:00, 13:30, 15:00, 16:30
