If you have been sent a login email address and password but are unable to log in, there are a few possible reasons.
1) Your account has been suspended or cancelled.
If your account has been suspended or cancelled, neither you nor your staff will be able to access SalonBridge. In this case, SalonBridge would have sent an email confirming the account has been suspended or cancelled to the primary user/administrator.
2) Your staff profile has not been given access to SalonBridge.
In the event that an administrator or manager has removed access to your profile, you will not be able to log in to SalonBridge. If you suspect that this is the case, you should contact your manager or administrator.
3) Your staff profile has been blocked.
In the event that an administrator or manager has blocked your staff profile, you will not be able to log in to SalonBridge. If you suspect that this is the case, you should contact your manager or administrator.
4) You have entered the login details incorrectly.
A common reason for experiencing login difficulties is that the email address or password has been inputted incorrectly. Try to avoid copying and pasting the details and ensure that the details are case sensitive (capital letters should be inputted as capital letters).
5) The email address you are using is registered on multiple accounts/branches.
If your email address is registered to a staff profile on multiple branches or accounts, this can cause problems or cause you to log into the incorrect account. The email address linked to your staff profile should be a valid email address and linked only to the account/branch you need access to.
6) The email address you are using does not exist on SalonBridge.
If you are trying to log in with an email address that has not been linked to a staff profile on SalonBridge, you will not be able to access SalonBridge. When requesting a password reset or logging in to SalonBridge, be sure to use the email address linked to your staff profile. If you are unsure what this is, you should reach out to your manager or administrator.
