SalonBridge does not charge you additional fees for any integrations, including the Yoco Web POS integration. Yoco requires your account to be on their Accelerate plan to utilise this function, but this will be specific to your Yoco account. Yoco also charges transaction fees for each transaction.

A payment failure could be as a result of a number of factors, including your Yoco account, or the card holders bank declining the trsnaction. If this is a recurring issue, we recommend reaching out to Yoco directly.

Currently, Yoco does not allow us to process refunds directly from the SalonBridge console. To refund a client, you will need to action this from your Yoco web or mobile app. You should also void the transaction in SalonBridge so that your payment reports remain accurate.

This happens when the integration has been enabled, but you have not added any card readers/devices yet. This needs to be done before you can process a payment through the Yoco Web POS integration, and can be done from the 'Integrations' section.

No. The Yoco Web POS integration only works from the web app/console of SalonBridge. However, if you access SalonBridge from your web browser on your phone, tablet, laptop, or PC, you will be able to utilise this integration.
