Why can't my Staff see their services, clients?

When a staff member logs into SalonBridge and cannot see the expected appointment column, clients, or services, there are two main reasons that could be causing this:

1) Insufficient permissions:

If you have limited the staff members' permissions so that they don't have access to book appointments or access the calendar, they will be unable to do so. Ensure that you have the correct staff profile for a staff member and the correct permissions set.

2) They created a new account instead of using their staff profile:

If the staff member registered a new SalonBridge account instead of being added as a staff member, and are using the details that are sent to them when registering a new account, they will essentially log into a new SalonBridge trial account instead of your SalonBridge account. This will result in them having full access, but to an empty account without your services, staff, appointment columns, etc.

In cases where a staff member has registered a new SalonBridge account, they will need to be removed by SalonBridge. Please contact support if this is the case.
