When an online booking is made, SalonBridge sends a notification via SMS and email to the mobile number and notification email address of the staff member who has been booked. By default, the client contact details contained in this notification are obfuscated (partially hidden) to protect the details of the client.

The business has the ability to make these details visible in the notification.

From the SalonBridge dashboard, click on 'Settings' and then on 'General Settings':

Disable the toggle switch that is labelled 'Obfuscate Client Details for Online Notifications' and click on 'Save'. This will then send the client's contact details in the online booking notification in clear text.

This setting is applied for the business for all online bookings and requires the 'Can edit business settings' permission in order to update.
