What are Connected Services?
Connected Services is a powerful feature that allows you to link related services together in your SalonBridge Online Bookings system. When a client selects a primary service, the system automatically suggests or adds additional services that are commonly booked together.
Connected services come in two types:
1. Required Services - Services that are automatically added when the primary service is selected.
2. Optional Services - Optional add-on services that clients can choose to include.
Creating Connected Services:
From the SalonBridge dashboard, click on 'My Business' and then on 'Services':
Click on the Service you want to add connected services to:
Click on the 'Show Extra Fields' button and enable the 'Has Connected Services' checkbox:
Select the services you want to add as connected services, specify whether this is a required service or optional, and click on 'Add Service'.
Note: Required services will automatically add the connected service when a client selects the primary service. If the connected service is optional, the client will be shown it as a recommended add-on and will have the option to add it or leave it out.
Note: Despite having the ability to choose as many connected services as you like, the maximum amount of bookable services a client can book is still set from your Online Booking settings. The maximum service count in your Online Booking settings will take priority.
