We understand that businesses change, and sometimes the software or services you need may change too. While we’re sorry to see you leave SalonBridge, we want to make the cancellation process as straightforward as possible.
Before cancelling, please feel free to contact our support team if you are experiencing a problem, need help using a particular feature, or would like to discuss a different package. There may be an alternative that better suits your current needs.
Before You Cancel
Before cancelling your account, we recommend that you:
Export any client, appointment, sales, stock, or reporting information you may need.
Download copies of any important financial or business records.
Complete or record any outstanding transactions.
Check whether you have any upcoming appointments or active online bookings.
Inform your staff that access to SalonBridge will be discontinued.
Once your account has been cancelled, you may no longer be able to access your SalonBridge Console or retrieve information stored in your account.
How to Cancel Your Account
From the SalonBridge console, click on 'Settings' and then on 'Billing Info'.
Click on the 'Cancel Account' button.
You will be shown when your last day will be on SalonBridge based on your subscription and billing date, and asked to specify a reason for cancelling.
If you are sure you want to cancel your account, click on 'Yes, Cancel My Account'.
Important: When you cancel your account, you will be shown your last day of service. After this date, you will no longer have access to SalonBridge. After 90 days, your information and data associated with your account will be deleted.
