To turn on Concierge, go to My Business › Concierge, enable Concierge, set up the page and click Save Concierge settings. The Preview on the right of the page shows how the check-in page will look as you make changes.
Step 1: Open the Concierge settings
Log in to SalonBridge.
In the menu, click My Business, then Concierge.
Click on Enable Concierge.
Step 2: Availability and welcome screen

Step 3: Client information
Switch on Allow clients to confirm or update their details to show the client's details after they enter their number. Then edit the Instructions shown above the details (default: Please confirm or update your information:) and choose which details to show.

Step 4: Terms and signature
Switch on Show terms and conditions.
Type or paste your terms into the editor. You can use bold, italics, underline, lists and links.
Switch on Require a signature if clients must sign before checking in.
Edit the Signature instructions shown above the signature box (default: Please sign below to acknowledge that you have understood the terms and conditions).
When a client signs, a signed copy of the terms is saved under the Documents tab on their client profile.
Step 5: Buttons and completion

Step 6: Colours
Click a colour box to choose a colour for each part of the page, so it matches your branding.

Step 7: Save
Click Save Concierge settings at the bottom of the page. Your changes are live straight away.
Step 8: Set up your reception tablet
You can find your Concierge link and QR code at the top of the screen. This can be shared with a client upon arrival, or opened on a tablet which you hand to the client.
Open the link in the browser on the tablet at reception.
Leave the tablet on the check-in page, plugged in, where clients can see it as they arrive.
Optional: lock the tablet to the browser so clients can't leave the page. On an iPad use Guided Access; on Android use App pinning.
💡Tip: Check yourself in with a test client before going live, then check the calendar and the client's Documents tab to see the results.
