Promo codes let you offer discounts on services, retail purchases and gift cards. You choose the discount, what it applies to, its validity dates and how many times it can be redeemed.

Everything covers eligible services, retail items and gift card purchases. It does not include payments or tips. A gift card promotion discounts the purchase of a gift card, rather than a payment made using an existing gift card.
A percentage discount applies to each eligible item. A fixed amount is one total discount shared across eligible services. For example, $100 off services priced at $200 and $300 gives discounts of $40 and $60 respectively.
How to review your promo codes
Open My Business → Promo Codes.
Find the code and review its Redeemable For, validity dates, Usage and Status.
Select Edit to view its discount type and amount.
Useful tips
The usage limit is the total number of redemptions allowed, rather than a limit per client.
An Active code must still be within its validity dates and have uses remaining.
Validity dates determine when a code can be redeemed. They do not restrict the appointment date.
Use a different code for each campaign to make its performance easier to track.
