Create a promo code when you want to offer a discount for a campaign, encourage bookings or reward clients.
How to create a promo code
Open My Business → Promo Codes.
Click Create promo code.
Enter the code clients will use, such as
WELCOME10. Use up to 20 letters, numbers, hyphens or underscores. Spaces are not allowed.Choose Redeemable for: Everything, Services, Retail or Gift Cards.
Choose the Discount type and enter its amount. Select Services first to make Fixed Value available.
Set the Valid from and Valid until dates.
Enter the Usage limit: the total number of times the code may be redeemed.
Click Create promo code, then review the code in the list.
Useful tips
Fixed amounts and 100% discounts are available only for Services.
Everything, Retail and Gift Cards allow percentages from 0.01% to 99.99%.
Share the eligible items and expiry date alongside the code so clients understand the offer.
Keep codes short and easy to type.
If you cannot see the 'create' button, ask your account owner to check your staff permissions.
