Edit a promo code to change its offer, extend its dates, adjust the usage limit or temporarily stop redemptions.
How to edit a promo code
Open My Business → Promo Codes.
Find the code and click Edit.
Update the code, discount type, amount, eligible items, validity dates or usage limit.
To pause the code, untick Promo code is active and can be redeemed. Tick it again when you want to enable the code.
Click Save changes.
Review the updated details in the list.
Useful tips
Check the existing usage count before adjusting the usage limit.
Enabling a code does not override its expiry date or an exhausted usage limit.
If you change from a fixed service discount to another item category, the amount is cleared. Enter a percentage below 100% before saving.
If you change the code itself, update any adverts or client messages that contain the old code.
Review discounts already applied to accounts separately; editing a promotion is not an account adjustment.
