Delete a promo code when you no longer want it to be available for future redemptions.
How to delete a promo code
Open My Business → Promo Codes.
Find the code you want to remove.
Review its details and select View usage if you need to check its history.
Click Delete.
Confirm by selecting Yes, delete it.
The code will no longer be available for new redemptions.
Useful tips
If you only want to pause a promotion, use Edit and untick Promo code is active and can be redeemed instead.
Record any usage information you need before deleting the code.
Remove the deleted code from active advertising and scheduled client messages.
Deleting a code is not a way to reverse an account discount. Review the account separately if an adjustment is needed.
