How to top up SMS credits

SalonBridge allocates free SMS credits to paid accounts every month at midnight on the 1st. Each branch of your business with SalonBridge receives its own SMS credits, allowing for accurate and fair management of SMS resources.

As you run low on SMS credits, we will send you an email informing you of this. If you have run out of SMS credits, we will notify you of this too. In cases where your account experiences an SMS credit deficit, you will need to top up the deficit amount plus any credits you'd like added to your account, to ensure that your notifications are sent.

To view and top up your SMS credits, click on 'Settings' and then on 'Client Notifications':

Under the 'SMS Credits' section, click on 'Top Up':

Type in the number of SMS credits you would like to purchase and click on 'Buy Credits':

You will be informed of how much you will be billed for the SMS credits. Once you click on 'Yes, Purchase SMS Credits', you will be redirected for payment of the SMS credits. Once you have paid for the SMS credits, you will be redirected back to SalonBridge and the credits will have been allocated to your account.

SMS credits do not expire and they roll over month to month, meaning that whatever does not get used, will be added to your free SMS credits next month.

1 SMS credit is equal to 1 SMS containing 160 characters. Costs will depend on your country of origin.
