Because SalonBridge sends out appointment notifications, appointment reminders, and thank you messages automatically, you may want to check exactly what has been sent.
There are two ways you can see what messages have been sent:
Option 1: Click on 'Clients' and then on 'Client Messages':
This will display the most recent messages sent to customers. You can use the search bar near the top right of the list to search for customer names or mobile numbers.
To view the content of a message, click on the 'View' option, and the message details will be displayed:
Option 2: From the reports:
From the reports section, choose 'Messaging Report' as the report type and 'SMS Messages Sent' as the report subtype. You can specify the date range and format of the report. You can view this on screen, as a PDF document, or save the report to Excel.
