It's useful to see which appointments have been cancelled and whether customers are cancelling more frequently or not.
SalonBridge lets you see a history of your cancelled appointments in the reports section:
From the dashboard, click on 'My Business' and then on 'Reports':
Choose 'Appointment Report' as the report type, then choose 'Cancellation Report'. Choose the date range you want to search for and the report format:
