SalonBridge allows you to view the loyalty points earned by all of your clients in the reports section.

To do this, click on 'My Business' and then on 'Reports':

For 'Report Type', choose 'Client Report' and then choose 'Client Loyalty Points' for the report sub type. Remember to choose the format you want the report in. You are able to view the report 'On Screen', or download it as a PDF or Excel file:

Please note, that only users with the 'client loyalty points report permission' enabled can access this report. Should you not be able to access this report, your administrator may be able to assist with enabling your access to view this report at their discretion by amending your permissions in the staff section.
