SalonBridge keeps track of all appointments that have been cancelled. You can access these from the reports section.
To do this, click on 'My Business' and then on 'Reports':
For 'Report Type', choose 'Appointment Report' and then choose 'Cancellation Report' for the report sub type. Remember to choose the date range and report format you want the report in. You are able to view the report 'On Screen', or download it as a PDF or Excel file:
Please note, that only users with the 'cancellation report permission' enabled can access this report. Should you not be able to access this report, your administrator may be able to assist with enabling your access to view this report at their discretion by amending your permissions in the staff section.
