Learn how to view all payments captured in SalonBridge

A payments report allows you to view all payments captured in SalonBridge for a specific date range. We group payments into payment types (Cash, Credit Card, Gift Card, etc) and display the sub totals for each payment type. This is usually the report that you give to your accountant as it should be an accurate reflection of your income.

To view a payments report, click on 'My Business' and then on 'Reports':

For 'Report Type', choose 'Payments Report'. A payments report allows you to specify a date range, so be sure to choose the correct start and end date for the report. Remember to choose the format you want the report in. You are able to view the report 'On Screen', or download it as a PDF or Excel file:

Please note, that only users with the 'payments report permission' enabled can access this report. Should you not be able to access this report, your administrator may be able to assist with enabling your access to view this report at their discretion by amending your permissions in the staff section.
