The gift card report allows you to view all active gift cards/vouchers that have an un-redeemed balance on them. These are gift cards/vouchers that could still be used in your salon or spa.

To view these, click on 'My Business', and then on 'Reports':

For 'Report Type', choose 'Gift Card Report'. Remember to choose the format you want the report in. You are able to view the report 'On Screen', or download it as a PDF or Excel file:

​Please note, that only users with the 'gift card report permission' enabled can access this report. Should you not be able to access this report, your administrator may be able to assist with enabling your access to view this report at their discretion by amending your permissions in the staff section.
