How to send your client an invoice via email

Learn how to send your clients an invoice or receipt via email.

SalonBridge allows you to send your customers a receipt or invoice straight to their email address.

To do this, open the account that you would like to send by going to 'Accounts' and then clicking on the account you want to send:

On the right hand side of the screen, click on 'Email Client Invoice':

You can send everything that is owed, or what is owed for a specific date. Once you are satisfied, click on 'Send Invoice':

Your client will be sent a message with a link to view the invoice to their email and optionally, make payment for what is owed.
