How to view a staff commission report

Learn how to view what each staff member earns in commission for a date range

A commission report allows you to view the totals for your sales over a date period and display the calculated commission based on the staff commission structure. We allow you to group this by staff member so that you can see the totals for each staff member.

To view this report, click on 'My Business' and then on 'Reports':

For 'Report Type', choose 'Sales / Revenue Report' and then choose 'Commission Report' for the report sub type. Sales and revenue reports can be run for a date range, so remember to choose the date range you want to view. You are able to view the report 'On Screen', or download it as a PDF or Excel file:

This report will display the value of services done, retail sold, and the calculated commission for the date range chosen for each staff member. These are grouped by date and display the totals at the bottom of the report:
