When you register or are added as a staff member inside SalonBridge, you are provided with an automatically generated password that is meant to be difficult to guess.
Once you are logged in, you can change your login email address and password to one of your choosing so that they are easier to remember.
To do this, click on 'Settings->Login Details' from the SalonBridge console:
Click on 'Edit' and type in the new details. Once done, click on 'Save'.
We recommend using a password that has the following criteria:
At least 8-10 characters in length.
Contains at least 1 uppercase character.
Contains special characters (!@#$%^&*()_-).
Contains numbers.
Password tips:
Try to avoid using a password that you use for other services such as your phone, email, etc. If someone guesses one of your passwords, this prevents them from having access to all of your systems.
Try to avoid using a password that personally identifies yourself such as your name, date of birth, a pets name, or that of a close family member.
Do not share your login details with anyone. If someone other than yourself needs access to SalonBridge, rather create a staff profile for them than share your login credentials.
Important: You should choose a password that is difficult for others to guess. While SalonBridge makes every effort to secure its systems and data, it is your responsibility to choose a password that only you know and is not shared with others.
