While you can view all form responses from the 'Forms' section, you may want to view a specific response from a client without having to search for it. Provided the client has completed the form using the SMS URL, you can view the form responses directly from the client profile.
From the Calendar:
Click on the client appointment:
Click on the icon next to the client name and click on 'Form Responses' on the right-hand side of the screen:
Click on the form response to view the response details:
From the Client section:
Find the client you want to view:
On the right-hand side of the screen, click on 'Form Responses' and click on the response you want to view:
