There may be instances where you wish to block certain clients from making an online booking, or from calling in to book with you. This could be due to a high percentage of 'no shows', or due to other reasons.
To block a client, click on 'Clients' and then on 'View Clients' from the SalonBridge console:
Search for the client you want to block and click on their name:
Scroll down to where it shows their booking status and change it to 'Blocked'.
Save the changes.
This will prevent clients from booking online and will display a warning message when trying to book them inhouse:
