Quotes allow you to give you and your customers an understanding of what it would cost them to have treatments, purchase courses, or buy retail without the need to create a sale, or open an account.

The quote function allows you to create a quote, add items to the quote and send it to your client via email, or SMS.

How long is a quote valid for?

By default, a quote is valid for 7 days after the creation date, but you can choose to honour it if your policy allows for extended quotation periods.

Can I delete a quote?

Yes, you can. You can click on the quote, and delete it. Once deleted, a client will no longer have access to it.

What happens if a client accepts the quote?

If a client is happy with the quote you have given them, you can create the sale as you usually do. The quote provided the customer with the pricing before they opted to go ahead. You can now either book their treatments, create their retail, or course sale.
