There are occasions where you wish to transfer a clients remaining course sessions onto a gift card/voucher that can be used for other treatments or products.

To do this, navigate to the client's profile by clicking on 'Clients->View Clients':

Search for the client, and click on their name to open their profile:

Click on the 'Courses' menu tab to bring up their courses:

Click on the menu icon next to the course you want to adjust and click on the 'Exchange for Gift Card' menu option. The amount will default to the value of the remaining sessions and the voucher code will be automatically set. These can be changed should you have a pre-generated voucher code. Once done, click on 'Exchange Course':

The gift card/voucher will be created and the remaining course sessions will be set to 0. You can search for this gift card/voucher from the 'Gift Cards' menu option inside SalonBridge.
