Gift cards/vouchers can be used as payment methods so long as they have sufficient value allocated to them and they are still valid (have not passed their expiry date). A payments report will show all payments made over a specific date range, but you can view the specific payments done on a gift card/voucher if you need to understand when it was used.

On the left navigation menu, click on 'Gift Cards':

Search for the gift card/voucher you would like to delete using either the client details or the gift card code:

Click the 'Options' dots for the gift card/voucher you would like to delete and click on the 'View Transactions' menu option.
