While deleting a gift card/voucher template will permanently remove it from your SalonBridge account, you have the ability to set its 'in use' status to false. This will effectively hide the gift card/voucher template from your staff and customers but will give you the ability to re-enable it at a future date.

Navigate to 'Settings->General Settings' in the SalonBridge console:

Click on 'Gift Card Settings':

Click on the gift card/voucher template that you wish to hide:

Un-tick the 'In Use' option and click on 'Save':
