Deleting a gift card/voucher category will permanently delete all gift card/voucher templates within that category. This should only be done if you will never want these templates as deleting the category cannot be undone.

Navigate to 'Settings->General Settings' in the SalonBridge console:

Click on 'Gift Card Settings':

Click on the category you wish to delete and click on 'Delete Category':

If you are certain that you want to permanently delete the entire template category, click on 'Yes, Delete It!':
