SalonBridge allows you to search for (find) gift cards/vouchers created in the past.

From the SalonBridge dashboard, click on 'Gift Cards':

In the search boxes, type in either the client's name, the gift card/voucher code, the client's mobile number, or the email address and click on 'Search':

This will return the gift cards/vouchers that match the search criteria. If nothing is displayed, it is likely that the gift card/voucher with the specified search criteria was either never created, or has been deleted.

​Note: Gift Cards/vouchers that have expired or have been fully redeemed will still be returned if they match the search criteria.
