When you cancel your SalonBridge subscription, you will no longer be able to access your SalonBridge account via the web console, or app. This will prevent you from having access to your data stored on SalonBridge. This could include the client information you have captured, client history, sales history, appointment information, or payment records.

If you intend to cancel your SalonBridge subscription, it is recommended that you export any information you need via the reporting options within the SalonBridge console prior to your cancellation date.

In line with our data privacy policy, the data from cancelled accounts will be automatically deleted after a period of 3 months from the cancellation date.
