A cancellation policy is your internal policy that outlines the terms and conditions for cancelling a service or product. It's important to have a clear and concise cancellation policy in place to avoid any confusion or disputes with your customers.

When a customer makes an online booking, you can include this cancellation policy for them to agree to before being allowed to continue.

To set a cancellation policy, follow these steps:

1) Click on 'My Business' and then on 'Online Bookings'.

2) Scroll to the 'Include Cancellation Policy' option.
3) Toggle the option 'on' to enable it and type in your cancellation policy in the text field provided.

4) Click on 'Save'.

Once enabled, customers will need to accept these conditions before being allowed to book online. You can also include them in your appointment emails using the {CancellationPolicy} filler word.

Note: Only users with the 'Can edit online bookings' permission enabled can perform this action. Should you not be able to perform this action, your administrator may be able to assist with enabling your access to view this report at their discretion by amending your permissions in the staff section.
