If you have an active loyalty programme in SalonBridge or allocate loyalty rewards manually to a client, you can redeem these rewards as a payment method on the client's account/invoice.
The amount that is redeemable is visible from the client's profile under 'Loyalty Rewards ($)', or directly on the account/invoice under 'Loyalty Balance'.
From the account screen, click on 'Add Payment', then specify the amount, tip and transaction date as you normally would when adding a payment.
Select 'Loyalty' for the payment method and click on 'Add Payment'.
Once the payment has been recorded, the available Loyalty Balance will be reduced by the amount that you deducted for the payment.
