You may wish to amend or remove gratuity for a staff member when the gratuity was captured incorrectly. This might be due to the incorrect staff member being tipped, the incorrect amount being set or the incorrect payment method being used for the gratuity.

From the account, make sure that the account is open. If it is closed, you may need to re-open it.

Once the account is open, click on the gratuity amount (should be highlighted in blue). Type in the correct gratuity amount or enter 0.00 if you wish to remove the tip:

Click anywhere on the screen and select save changes once done.

*Ps, If you wish to change the gratuity amount - you may need to void the gratuity amount after amending the tip, before recapturing the correct tip amount.
