Closing a sale by adding a payment using the 'Complimentary' payment method will have no impact on the staff members commission.

Staff commission is calculated using the total price for appointments, retail sales, course purchases, etc. The payment method used has no impact on these.

However, if you discount the item or change the price of the item, this will have an impact on the staff members commission as they will now earn commission on the updated (discounted price).
