Yes. You can delete a payment or a void from an account, assuming that you have adequate permissions and the account is open.
Certain payment types, such as Gift Card, Course and Loyalty, require you to void the payment so that the amount goes back to the gift card/loyalty account/course. Other payment types can be deleted completely if incorrectly captured.
